Alicia Fay Absher, 46, of Dunnville, KY passed away on September 24, 2026, at her residence. She was born on June 20, 1980, in Harrodsburg, Kentucky to Roy and Patricia White Hartman of Hustonville, KY who survives.

Alicia will be remembered for the joy she found in the simple and meaningful parts of life. She enjoyed crafting, fishing, hunting, and cooking, and she treasured spending time with her family and friends, especially being "Ma" to her grandchildren. Those who knew her will remember a woman who embraced the people and pastimes she loved, creating memories through shared meals, time outdoors, and the warmth of her companionship.

Her life was marked by the relationships she nurtured and the happiness she found in being with those closest to her. Whether she was engaged in one of her favorite hobbies or gathered with family and friends, Alicia brought care and presence to the moments that mattered most.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband David Absher of Dunnville, KY; two children Andrew Kidd (Madison) and Abigail Kidd (Dakota Coffman) both of Liberty, KY; four grandchildren Keegan Kidd, Kimber Kidd, Oaklynn Coffman, and Karl Kidd; three sisters Gina Johnson (Billy), Michelle Kidd and Tabitha Coffman; a sister-in-law Sharlene Roy (Cecil) and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm central time on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Salem Cemetery in Casey County. Visitation will be on Sunday after 9:00am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Bro. Ronnie Dobson will be officiating and pallbearers will be Billy Johnson, Andrew Kidd, Dakota Coffman, Cecil Roy, Hayden Johnson, Harley Sims and Keegan Kidd.
