ALFRED B. CORBIN JR. age 84 of Columbia, KY passed away Saturday , February 7, 2015 at 2:30 PM at his home after several weeks illness.

He was born December 9, 1930 near Columbia, KY the son of the late: Alfred B. and Emma Triplett Corbin Sr.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by two sons: John Richie Corbin, Kevin Corbin and by one daughter: Julie Wilkerson

Two brothers and four sisters: Elvin Corbin and Triplett Corbin, Minnie Rubarts, Allie Hixson, Christine Morgan, Julia Mae Corbin

Survived by his wife: Kathy Haddix Corbin of Columbia, KY

Three sons:

Alfred Corbin and wife Sandy of Columbia, KY

James Corbin and wife Lisa of Columbia, KY

Greg Corbin and wife Michelle of Greensburg, KY

One step daughter: Kim Trivette of Columbia, Ky

One sister: Cylina Zink of Fredericksburg, Indiana

11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren survive

Mr. Corbin was a member of the Dunbar Hill Community Church, a US Marine Corp veteran and farmer. He was a poet at heart and loved his family and farm.
