He was born June 7, 1976 in Monroe, Washington

Aaron is survived by his parents Timothy "Tim" Phipps and Judith "Judy" Skarsvog Phipps of Bloomfield, KY

Survived by four brothers:

Martin Phipps of Beaver Creek, Ohio

Nathaniel Phipps of Prospect, KY

Timothy Phipps of Breeding, KY

Adam Seth Phipps of LaGrange, KY

One sister:

Shelli Marie Moelhman of Everett, Washington

One half- sister:

Angela Marie Phipps of Richmond, Virginia

Aaron was a surveyor's assistant for Phipps and Associates Surveying in Columbia, KY

Cremation has been chosen and a memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at the Columbia First Church of the Nazarene 1200 Jamestown Steet, Columbia, KY

The family will receive visitors after 2:00 PM on Saturday at the church.

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge.
