I was very sorry to hear of my Aunt Mary Enna's passing. I have many fond memories of summer nights spent on her front lawn, catching June bugs with Uncle Rudy, after having enjoyed one of her fried chicken feasts. But it is her warm and calming voice that I remember the most, and how so often she would speak of God's goodness. I am grateful that I got to visit with her this past April. With a thoughtful nod, she told me that she was in God's capable hands She will be greatly missed, and it will be hard to imagine a trip to Kentucky without seeing her. My deepest sympathies to John and Leslie, and their families.

I met Mrs Campbell at John Adair Grade School. I had her for Music when I was in the fifth grade! I instantly fell in love with her. She truly cared about us, more than just a student. She had a quiet, peaceful contenance that was soothing to me. I joined band that year also. I so looked forward to that class!! She was such a special lady with a brillant smile. She reminded me so much of my own Mother! Just a treasure!! Til we meet again, Mrs Campbell, in heaven, i am sure you are singing now!!

Rest in peace Mrs. Campbell. You taught me so much more than music. You taught me how to treat others, how to be kind and to listen to those around me and how beautiful the world can be through music and song. You will be missed.

Leslie, I had the pleasure of working with your mom at John Adair. She graduated with my husband, Paul Barry Jones and he spoke often of the programs they were in together while in High School. She was a true lady and I know you will miss her greatly.

Remembering my Aunt Mary Enna with fond love mingled with sadness for the huge gap she leaves behind. She was a dear, faithful lady whose soft voice and gentle words and manner are ever etched in my memory. She was fond of the hymn "Blessed Assurance," which I and my cousins Rachel and Cindy Breeding sang at her church once when we were quite young. Aunt Mary Enna remembered that hymn as one of her mother's favourites, and it is joy in the midst of sorrow to know that she had firm assurance in her salvation and that she is now with her precious Saviour in heaven.
