He was born on Aug. 1, 1950 in Metcalf County, KY
Son of the late William E. & Mayme Marie Rhinehart Parrigin
Preceded in death by one brother Eli Parrigin on June 30, 2013
He is survived by one son:
William L. Parrigin of Greensburg, KY
One daughter:
Amanda D. Parrigin Eaton (Russell Eaton, Jr.) of Marion, KY
One brother:
Timothy Parrigin and fiancee’ Linda Annese of Columbia, KY
3 Grandchildren Westin Parrigin, Kinlee Eaton & Emma Eaton
several other relatives & friends survive
David attended Trinity United Methodist Church, was retired,
a Kentucky State Police Driver Testing Administrator.
