Winston Hadley

WINSTON HADLEY 72 of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina formerly of the Adair Co. KY passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Roper St. Francis Hospital in Charlestown, South Carolina.  He was born March 29, 1945 the son of the late Walter and Martha Bryant Hadley.  He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Ronnie Hadley, Terry Hadley and Wendell Hadley.

Winston is survived by his wife Judy Dial Hadley of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.

Three sons: 

    Scott Hadley and wife Sandra  of Russell Springs,  KY

    Shawn Hadley and David McGuire of Simpsonville, KY

    Eric Hadley and Jeremy Hadley of Mt. Pleasant, SC

One brother: 

    Kermit Hadley of Columbia, KY

Four sisters: 

    Geraldine Baldwin of Russell Springs, KY

    Carol Young of Shepherdsville, KY

    Willowdene Gurnow of Shepherdsville, KY

    Connie Smith of Milltown, KY

Four grandchildren: 

    Emily Hadley, Nicholas (Hannah) Hadley, Edie Hadley, Martha Hadley

Winston was a member of Free Union Separate Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for several years and was a farmer.  He enjoyed serving the Lord and being with his family and friends.

Funeral service: Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Free Union Separate Baptist Church, 4642 Sano Road, Columbia, KY.

Clergy officiating: Bro. Scott Hadley and Bro. Dustin McGowan.

Interment in the Free Union Cemetery

The family request visitation after 4:00 PM on Monday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Visiting on Tuesday from 6:00 AM until 10:00 AM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home and after 11:00 AM Tuesday until the funeral hour at Free Union Separate Baptist Church.
