One daughter:   Kathy Jo Brown of Sarasota, Florida

One son:  Alan Lee Madonna of Oxford, PA 

4 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren including locally Christy Warrington and husband KJ

Great grandchildren:  Candace Curry, Carrie & Jamie Warrington

Mrs Madonna was of the Catholic faith

Funeral service Friday April 21, 2017 at  11:00 AM  Our Lady of Consolation Parkesburg, PA

burial will be in Our Lady of Consolation Cemetery in  Parkesburg, Pennsylvania l
